Problem: Administering replay rules in SaaS is a tedious process. The admin updates a local version of their rule file and uploads it to see if it works. If SaaS does not like a rule, it will likely break all of the rules contained in the configuration file with no feedback given to the administrator. Additionally, the administrator has no way to easily view and update rules.
Recommendation: Create a rule editor and validator utility that will allow adminstrators to add, remove, update, and test rules from within their SaaS instance. Similar to RTV capabilites.
Additional idea: Instead of uploading rules files to the Organization tab, perhaps add it as an option to Event Manager and Event Tester tools?
