Our organization is required to retain Tealeaf Sessions for 10+ years. The bulk of our sessions are on-prem using classic replay. We migrated to SaaS less than a year ago and will need to maintain on-prem hardware and software to support replay of these sessions.
Benefits:
* Organizations can completely retire their on-prem implementation.
* Bridges the gap between the two offerings. IBM can better leverage sales of the SaaS product to on-prem customers.
* Opens the door to sunset the on-prem product
Some ideas:
* Fully incorporate classic replay into SaaS replay window or perhaps host a virtual instance of RTV where customers can load and replay their sessions
