Background: For sessions associated with a systems issue, our technicians have a need to download and retain them for longer than 14 days.

Problem: Many sessions related to problems exceed the 50mb limit download limit.

Current Workaround: As a workaround to downloading, they currently take a video of the session as it replays.

Suggested Alternatives:

1. Increase the threshold value to allow for larger files (i.e 100 mb) or
2. Allow users to select a portion of the session to download
