Currently when sharing a workspace that is designed for a specific group of users, we must select the intended users by searching for their email address in the pop-up. The dropdown frame is small and anchored to the upper-right of the screen.

It would be great if we could get a larger pop-up that isn't anchored and can be moved to a more prominent area on the monitor to make it easier to add users. If it could be larger in size and give us the ability to search by email address and first or last name would be wonderful.

Currently, we can only search by email. Allowing us to relocate the dropdown and having it larger in size will make it easier to see who has been added and give us better options in searching for additional users.
