Add the ability to whitelist or update the parameters that are being parsed from the useragent string so that if the information is incorrect or is being handled incorrectly by IBM's vendor, we can update on our end to provide accurate reporting.
We've had issues where the User Agent String breakdown had incorrect information. Since we could not overwrite the information that filters into TL, we had to wait close to three months for the vendor to update their list.
This would give us the same capabilities that already exist in On-Prem to update the impacted data and not wait on a vendor.

Changes have been made to the way user agents are handled for Mobile sessions. Has this improved the user agent matching enough for this use case? Or are you still looking for a manual override such as what existing in TLOP?
