Expand the capabilities of the User Activity Report that in the Admin section to include:

* Export more than 2500 results. This report is huge and difficult to get a month's worth of data which well exceeds 2500 occurrences.
* Add the ability to recognize IBM ID's. Currently IBM ID's are not recognized for login but are recognized for other user activity.
* Allow for more online interaction within TL where we can filter and sort within the tool.

** We still want to export but it would be nice to filter/sort data prior to export.

*** i.e. looking for a specific user or looking at a particular activity (i.e. purge or session delete)
