When adding new users to Tealeaf, replace the invitation Accept/Reject workflow with a confirmation email that does not require additional action.
Common problems that result from this workflow are 1) user never receives email due to a filtering rule being enabled in their inbox. 2) User still has IE11 as their default browser (majority of our Enterprise). The redirect to CxA, returns an error or freezes.
In most cases, this results in additional troubleshooting time by our support staff.
