In Tealeaf you can search for sessions and then view data about that session (such as app key and screen views) in the search results. For a normal business user the application keys appear to be gibberish and do NOT help them to understand which Application Profile this session occured in.
For example looking at 1ecb5d6b8d534ceebb8f7a577d057241, f50ef1bebd81461a92304609f69868f1, 32a3450b81a44d4991b994ae9b367361 and 6c8497d010e946d2a30eee1c3d644651 it can be hard to understand which of these is which. Can we provide a default out of the box search results column of Application Profile?
We clearly already have access to the Application Profile Names as they exist in the drop down right above the Search Results?
This is just one more example of something that Tealeaf does in a way that is very frustrating to a normal business user.
How will this idea be used?
This will be used to better understand which Application Profiles a activity is occurring in so that the client can then build reports in the Correct Application Profile. |
