For us offering managing services for Tealeaf which comprises platform administration and event buidling same as creating respective reports for contextual dashboards it would be great if customers can simply edit reports for their gusto. Imagine a simple Screenview Report with come context infos like customer information or metrics like dwell time. Now people would like to know how long users typically stay on a specific page and would like to export that data s pdf or csv. In terms of doing so, you'd need to ask an admin to do that OR copy the report. We would like to have a self Service Dashboard for business users that are comfortable enough with tealeaf to answer those kind of questions but do not create events.
