Customer is getting lots of bot accounts in their databases. We suspect they are coming in from their public acoustic landing page. Integration with acoustic/salesforce/magento results in lots of bots getting loaded into the CRM as well. Customer has asked their Business Partner to do a back-end integration with Magento into Acoustic. They tell me that Acoustic's technical specs have changed, and they need an SDK for a server solution (PHP Magneto SDK?). They dont want a special end point on acoustic's end.
They wanted to see if we had any SDKs as it pertains to magento. also were hoping for documentation on how SDKs communicate with our back end and what API calls to make. They want to use same endpoints as our SDKs, and need to understand how those APIs interact with the SDK.
