Right now, there is no way to CC your coworkers on support tickets. However, there are many tickets that I submit that we all want to follow along with. It would be much more efficient for our team if this feature was enables.

Can Acoustic do this for Digital Analytics Support Tickets as well?
Currently, the support team can add other email addresses to the ticket for you, so that is a current solution. The support team is looking into what it will take to allow you to CC your own co-workers without the support team adding. They will investigate.
