It would be useful for everybody who has access to more than one client ID. For us, we have access to at least 4 client IDs on Digital Analytics.

Within the Customer Engagement Portal, you login using your IBM ID, and then you can effectively link up Digital Analytics to your IBM ID. However, this is a 1-to-1 link. This means we can only link up one of the 4 Client IDs that we use.

Additionally, if all 4 client IDs can be linked up, the functionality to be able to simply switch between them is paramount.

Currently, we have seen issues when a DA Client ID is linked up with an IBM ID, where once you login through your Client ID, you cannot log into any other Client ID in DA other than the one that you have had linked.

The desired outcome is to be able to access multiple Client IDs using one IBM ID, and being able to successfully log in and out of different IBM systems.
