It seems as though the daily reports for the JA dashboards (e.g. top paths, top path trends) display 'no data' around the time that the new daily reports are being run (just after midnight GMT). This leads people to think that Journey Analytics is broken. The 'Journey Stages' report also shows 'No Data' for 2 days after any changes are made, and would be better to display the previous one until the new one is ready.
How will this idea be used?
People viewing reports at certain times of day will not be presented with many 'No data' messages in the reports and charts, and will not think that the solution is broken. |
