Batch field mapping for CRMi

Field mapping for CRM integrations is a manual task, which can be very time consuming. The interface takes some time to load between each field that is mapped. It would be ideal to have an interface to map fields in batch.

IST time should be available

Hi, As for now, thanks to a web form, it is possible to write data and store it into an Acoustic DB. But one of my client would like to have the possibility to do the same with files.

Simplifying mobile app messaging published templates

If I edit a publish template, the tool asks me to change the published template name in order to save it. This is very frustrating, since I don’t want to rename the published template; I just want to update the configuration.
