API to cancel/unschedule mailing Merged

API to cancel/unschedule mailing would allow for tighter integration from back-end systems.

How will this idea be used?

Unschedule API would allow for much less complex workflows to account for processing times, approvals, queue delays and maintenance windows.

With that API in place we could open up our workflows.

    This is under consideration for a new REST API.
