Add UnscheduleMailing API method

It is currently possible to schedule mailings using the ScheduleMailing API. However, to unschedule a mailing, the Acoustic Campaign UI is needed. It would be really helpful if there was an API method to unschedule mailings or delete those scheduled mailings.

API to cancel/unschedule mailing Merged

API to cancel/unschedule mailing would allow for tighter integration from back-end systems.
