Subscription Notifications for New Features / System Changes
Could there be a subscription option - for receiving notification emails - on feature updates / changes / etc.? Currently, we can "follow" this page:

But it would be better to have a more visible / proactive notice on impactful changes, such as the changes to the email links with the added security parameters. This impacted cached links and was a bad user experience.
