One-Click Report out of Performance Insights to Access which Contacts that Opened / Clicked / Bounced etc in KPI Area

The aggregate numbers compile themselves nicely in real time in PI, although I always get the question of 'Who' got the email / who bounced / who opened / who clicked / who unsubscribed. The numbers are there in in the saved report/dashboard, they just need to be clickable to provide a spreadsheet/list of contacts I can share. Right now I have to set up individual queries to understand "WHO" did this and it's so time consuming with the amount of emails we send out--esp. with who clicked as you have to set up a query to capture each individual link in the email rather than having a option of 'Clicked Any Link'.

Here is the amount of queries (reports) I create for a 3 email program, for example:

1. Opened Email 1

2. Opened Email 2

3. Opened Email 3

4. Clicked Email 1 (I then have to select certain links)

5. Clicked Email 2 (I then have to select certain links)

6. Clicked Email 3 ((I then have to select certain links)

7. Clicked Forward to a Friend (Select the link in each of the three emails)

8. Filled out the Form (create a query to understand who filled out a form with certain criteria ie. CTA)

9. Sent Email 1

10. Sent Email 2

11. Sent Email 3

I cannot answer who received the email (delivered) or bounced through a query.

The setup of all these reports takes 2-3 hours (per program) itself then I have to run the query, export the query and then analyze the data. By the time I get through all my reports the data potentially is stale and I have to go through the entire process to give up to date information.

I don't have the time (my scope of work goes beyond metrics reporting) and since I can't easily replicate queries and update a full folder of them can this be worked in as a dynamic feature of PI?

(I say to add this to PI rather than in the 'Program Mailing' report are as the latter limits you to exporting only the first 250 matching contacts when you click on the email information.)
