It would be very helpful to know which dynamic content (rule set) was sent to which customer. There is no chance to export the dynamic content sent report with additional information, such as email or an User ID.
We don't know which customer receives whicht content, which is crucial for every business model.
How will this idea be used?
Detailed Reporting would be possible and also the chance to use the previous content as a trigger for next actions. |
