It would be great to see what a customer actually received in the SMS at the time of send, similar to how emails work, at the Contact Insight level.
How will this idea be used?
If this type of preview was added we can be assured that our customers received the correct SMS message data at time of send and there would be no dispute if the customer came back and said they received different. |
