Create an API to export stored files to the FTP in order to make a telesales process automated :

Currently, when a telesales process is created, the user has to export it manually to an ftp.

    In the Programs canvas, there is an option now to automatically send the file directly to the Campaign SFTP download folder vs having to go to Stored files and upload it manually. Are you specifically looking for a public API to do this vs via the UI? We are also planning to integrate with Exchange to allow you to easily send data from a program to an SFTP endpoint. Today, you can create a query that can be selected in Exchange as a source for an Audience. You could use an update profile right after the telesales step to update a value and use that to qualify those contacts.
