In the Legacy UI if I filter the "marketing programs full list" report by something such as Vendor then the TOTALS row adjusts to reflect the accurate total for my filter. In the Next Gen UI if I filter the "marketing programs" report by something such as Vendor then the TOTALS row continue to reflect the cumulative total for ALL marketing programs, not just the ones I have filtered on.
