Importing values into a dimension whitelist does not provide a "check all" or "uncheck all" option for the individual items in the list to be chosen to "track top movers". Right now, you have to check each individual row to track top movers. There should be a function that allows you with one click to check all as top movers since there's a function to import multiple values.
