Top Mover Alert support for multi-select of dimension whitelist items
Top Mover support tracking individual dimension whitelist values for which "Track Top Movers" is selected. Top Movers Alerts also support this, but only:
1. Any dimension value
2. A single dimension value
This request is to allow Top Mover Alerts to multi-select several dimension whitelist values.
