JSON Web Tokens are an open, industry standard RFC 7519 (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7519)

A session agent on a pipeline or an option on the PCA to decode the Base64 encoded strings would help. This is becoming a pretty standard practice.

EDIT: This can be accomplished in an event using javascript but the Tealeaf engine doesn't support the atob() method.
