We recently had a security concern which Tealeaf was absolutely critical for observing and researching activity. However, it became a point of frustration trying to find historical activity because the situation revolved around a special character being entered into a field. You can't search for sessions where a special character was entered into a field as form fields search omits the special character and bombs out. Also, people often try to find specific html when using text based searches and they find no results not realizing Tealeaf does not support it. Being able to search for code, and any free text, would be helpful for QA and IT folks.
