Ability to Delete Larger Number of Sessions Instead of 2500 Cap
We recently ran into an issue where we needed to delete a large number of sessions from Tealeaf. The current state of the application allows for only deleting 2500 sessions at a time.
We would love for an option to allow for a larger number of sessions to be deleted at a time.
Perhaps this can be an option for administrators to perform or an option to submit a HIGH or CRITICAL priority case with Acoustic and provide them the search details to delete a larger number of sessions.

How will this idea be used?
We recently ran into an issue where an application change took place and renamed some of the fields that were being masked for that app. This allowed for a number of highly sensitive fields to no longer receive masking. Once the issue was identified, the elevate for the application was rolled back, we had a large number of impacted sessions in Tealeaf. With the limit of only being able to delete 2500 sessions at a time, the deletion of all the impacted sessions took us well over an hour to complete. |
