At present, there is only a simplistic log, the "Audit" section of Admin, that tells you what events are recorded that people do in the Tealeaf Portal. This is helpful, and we can download it to a CSV to do analysis, but there are common metrics that would be useful to do as a SUM, so we can get some statistics that help us monitor adoption of the Tealeaf.
Top metrics that I've most commonly seen in other platforms, to measure platform usage that would be applicable for Tealeaf.
Monthly Unique Users - how many unique users have logged into the Tealeaf system? Be able to exract their user IDs, if someone wants to be able to match these to internal HR data sets for things like which team is using the system.

Total Replays
Replays from Search Results?
Tells us how many people are replaying from doing a search.
Replays from Share Link (people replaying from a link in a ticket, document, etc)
Tells us if people are sharing replays and collaborating them with other team members, viral usage
