Due to unforeseen issues, Exchange or Performance Insights may experience issues or an error, and it will be helpful during these instances that FCI mailings have another avenue to see the metrics.
How will this idea be used?
A mailing is sent by FCI and our exchange account experienced an issue that day which limited the events being sent. We can go to this backup or contact the support team to look at the backup to see the metrics and allow us to see them to get the report for this mailing. With a backup we will be able to know if mailings were sent and their metrics, right now we don't have a way to even know if the FCI mailing was sent. |
We agree something like this could be useful and are looking at implementing something like this in the future. Lots of scoping required in order to set it in the roadmap. Will come back on this.
