Org Admin See all company support tickets
Before Acoustic, Org Admins had access to to all org users cases, and across multiple Orgs/Pods. Please bring this back. It is necessary from a risk mitigation feature when dealing with clients as an agency.

Edit configurations of recurrings
Currently it is not possible to change the name of the file sought by the recurring or change the email that will receive notifications, the idea is to enable these changes so that it is not necessary to recreate the recurring from scratch.

I opened a Contact Insight of one of our users to check emails the he received but as I scroll down, the column header hides. Is there a way where you can keep the column header to show up a the top as you scroll down?
