Before Acoustic, Org Admins had access to to all org users cases, and across multiple Orgs/Pods. Please bring this back. It is necessary from a risk mitigation feature when dealing with clients as an agency.

It is necessary from a risk mitigation feature when dealing with clients as an agency. People leave, go on vacation, we have our own internal escalation process.
