As a Member and Customer Communications department, we would like for our customers to not see an auto-populated "unsubscribe" banner on Transactional and Service emails. We would like to ensure that transactional sends are clearly delineated from marketing sends and further distinguish customer's preferences between the two. This functionality will be at the very least at the Org level and is preferred to be on an email-by-email basis.
