Add training/learning back to overview dash
Add a widget to the overview dashboard for access to training/learning documentation and resources. This was once available and recently removed.

We recently relaunched training at learn.acoustic.com in April this year, which contains updated content in the meantime. (Long awaited I'm sure.) We are also working on a new user experience to launch later in 2020 where we will take this feedback around easy access to training from the home screen.
