Add List ID and List Name to the GetAggregateTrackingForOrg, GetAggregateTrackingForMailing, GetAggregateTrackingForUser APIs

Add List ID and List Name to the GetAggregateTrackingForOrg, GetAggregateTrackingForMailing, GetAggregateTrackingForUser APIs, this will enable Orgs that use multiple databases identify databases, queries and contact lists that were used to send a mailing.
