Currently in programmes, we can see 'total contacts' and 'active contacts' counts in path level metrics.
It would be useful to see a historic date range chart of the previous X weeks/months (similar to the metric graphs displayed in 'programme insights').
How will this idea be used?
This will be used to quickly at a glance to adjust routing parameters or % splits, to ensure we are getting the optimum amount of traffic through to our customer survey activity. |
