We have created an alert to send alert emails to store representatives. When testing we discovered that you cannot see if any alert emails have been sent/opened/bounced etc.
This would be good to have and would allow us to monitor store performance.
How will this idea be used?
Twofold. Firstly, to ensure that established alerts are working as expected. Secondly, to monitor performance of stores/sales reps to ensure that they are checking and actioning emails |
