Sometimes the BCC option is not a viable solution for storing emails.

The PreviewMailing API could provide a way forward for companies that require copies of emails sent to customers for compliance reasons. This API returns the HTML of an email template and personalized data.

Currently only template id and email address can be parsed. If your email database is non keyed on email address, and there is currently more than one row per email address, then this API will retrieve personalized data from the oldest row. The API should allow other database fields to be parsed so that the API can choose the desired row in the database.

Performance of this API should be improved to allow companies to extract large volumes of emails in a much shorter space of time.
