[SMS][Unsubscription] Order of STOP and keyword

Hello,

On marketing SMS unsubscription, in France we have a specific regulation that prevents us from using forms to unsubscribe contacts.

We legally have to use "STOP" messages for unsubscription.

So our contacts answer "STOP" to a specific phone number to get unsubscribed.

To unsubscribe our contacts from a specific SMS sender we use Acoustic keywords and add the sender as a keyword on the TTJ program.

Today Acoustic is coded to handle the STOP written this way :"Keyword Stop".

But in french it is not intuitive to write "Keyword Stop" and most of our contacts answer us "Stop Keyword".

Which means when our contacts try to unsubscribe from our SMS, we might lose some unsubscription.

Can you please edit Acoustic code so that it handles both "Keyword Stop" and "Stop Keyword" ?

Best regards,

How will this idea be used?

Example: when a marketing SMS is sent from a sender called "MySender" our contacts try to unsubscribe by writting:

STOP MySender

Today this message is not interpreted by Acoustic and they are not unsubscribed...
