Hey,
Today AM/PM is selected in the timing screen (of SMS, PUSH email) and everything according to the time of day in your area.
(If your time is AM, it will choose AM by default)
This leads to a common mistake (albeit rarely, but it happens) that due to lack of attention one does not change from AM to PM or vice versa.
This can be easily avoided just by not choosing AM or PM by default depending on your time, but forcing you to choose accordingly, I think this will avoid errors and it's simple to implement.

Currently, the default selection of AM/PM in our timing screen aligns with the time of day in our respective areas. While this feature aims to assist, it inadvertently contributes to occasional mistakes when scheduling. Sometimes, due to oversight or distraction, individuals might forget to adjust from AM to PM or vice versa, leading to discrepancies.
To enhance accuracy and minimize the chance of these errors, I propose reconsidering the default AM/PM selection. Instead of auto-selecting based on the time zone, we could prompt users to actively choose the appropriate AM or PM for their scheduling needs. This simple adjustment could significantly reduce errors and enhance overall efficiency in our scheduling process.
I believe this change would align with our commitment to precision and attention to detail. It's a straightforward adjustment that could yield significant benefits in terms of accuracy and reliability.
