1: Old track rules have been eliminated in the new program style. My team uses that to have overarching rules to inspect the customer's data. We have it set so if someone opts-out using a yes/no flag, they will no longer receive a specific type of content. Since this is gone, my team has to set up several decision points to account for this. It's very inefficient. I think there could be an add-on called "Program Rules" that allow you to exit people who have those specific rules set. It would be beneficial for opt-outs, people who have purchased recently, etc.
2: We need to be able to use suppression lists for our programs. Our org has several suppression lists, and it would be great to take our queries/lists and pair them directly with a smaller suppression list. We mirror our suppression lists as a contact list, but again, it's inefficient and for an enterprise level company it ends up being a decent amount of work for the set up. Just having our suppression lists available at the point when you select a query/database on the program would be huge.
