Delete old templates in Program Resources drop-down list

In a new blueprint (Blank) program template: when you add a 'Step' node that sends an email, when choosing which email to configure, you cannot delete a previous old version or dummy templates from the drop-down menu.

You cannot delete the (obsolete) mailing template from the Step, or program resources. Because of this limitation, the resource still remains in the drop down list. This is frustrating when having multiple employees working in the same account. Not knowing the correct or most up to date template that's current in use, is risky. This will (and has) created issues and confusion.

-- This is NOT The case for Classic programs. You are able to delete any obsolete templates in the left hand list, by simply deleting it from the program's 'Step Resources.'

Suggestion: Have a tab or section of all of the program's resources. Or when you select the Email Step, the pop up window has a list of the resources that are (and were previously) configured/associated with the step. There, a user will be able to delete or add templates, while also seeing which one is currently configured. The current state only allows seeing which template is being used for the step, a preview of the template, the subject line and email details, as well as a Metrics tab.

How will this idea be used?

A user will be able to control the resources of a program. It will ensure that only one resource can be selected and configured to a program. This will ensure accuracy and avoid any confusion, or issues later on. It will ensure that any testing or obsolete email templates can be removed. It will also have the same capabilities as the Classic programs.
