Use HEX in color within Mailing Editor

I usually do my editing (especially new mailing templates) in Dreamweaver--although sometimes I need to quickly make small changes within the platform. When I change the color it reverts to a RBG (X, X, X) coding rather than keeping the HEX ie. #123456. Can this be made an option?
