Client wanted to check if is there a way to report a case for WCA from WCA portal insted of logging throgh support portal.
Its good to have link into WCA to create a case for issues related to product so that if any user who does not have support portal access should be able to report the issue in case of urgency.

We're currently working on several exciting ways to make it easier to access help and support. For starters with Acoustic ID you no longer will need two separate logins (late summer), then we will be working on how to incorporate support directly in the UI.
