When using survey connector we do not get the subquestions recorded on the RT, we only get the questions. This is an issue, as responses get tag at question level and we are not able to action data properly to automate.
1. Survey Monkey allows to set up 1 question example : Customer Service with many sub-questions : Shop Customer Service, Telephone Customer Service, Product Enquiry Service
2. Each subquestion has its own answer, an it is independent from the Question.
The problem at the moment is that Survey Connector only identifies the main question " Customer Service" and adds in a unique field the answer of all the subquestions in the following format " Good| Excellent|Good|Bad" .
This response can not be used on queries, as there is no way using queries, rulesets or other functionality to establish to which subquestion are we talking about. The operator contains is not useful as does not help us identify which is the response we need in order to query and apply the proper route through programs, task and communication through automated actions/ programs.
These need should be common to all survey monkey users, as this is an option that is available to every client using survey, a lot of clients using satisfaction surveys will use this option of question - subquestion as it reduces de amount of pages a client needs to go through when answering a questionnaire.
At the moment, the client can not change this questions with subquestions to all questions as it will mean the client needs to go through many more pages on the questionnaires and will have an impact on amount of responses.
