- remove standalone shell code
- improve performance by not reloading the iFrame with every click
- update navigation structure to match Deanna's model

- automate the rolling key retrieval from the CUI endpoint they just created/shared

- Take two pop-ups help info and privacy notice and make them function in CUI instead of events.
