WCH Epic 242 - enabling multiple custom hostnames for tenants, originally included several stories for automating the ability to create custom hostnames.

Those stories were back burnered, in order to get Multisites out on time, with a manual workaround, for creating custom hostnames (for each one, the publishing team is notified and someone has to manually go do the work to create the custom hostname. This will not scale.

Before WCA/WCH Rollout, Publishing team needs to finish the automation. Jonathan requested that those backlog items be moved to a NEW epic for that work, rather than keep #242 open, since that was targeted at 18.3.

Please create a new Epic for this work and reopen and add these incorrectly closed ZH stories to it, for that automation

In addition, Nedim states: Currently we can support ~300 additional custom hostnames. We would need to discuss this cap with Akamai to raise it.
