Checkbox for new forms
The new version of forms don't have a checkbox functionality.
The existing checkbox feature isn't a binary Yes/No feature like it is in the classic version of the form.
This can then be synced to a Yes/No field in database.

We need a regular checkbox which can be used in use cases such as: Example 1: Do you accept the terms and conditions? [ ] Example 2: Agree to receiving marketing emails? [ ] |
