A criticism from a handful of our DA users came up at the Regional User Group in London on 13.07.18 in that the find the abandoned cart item metric confusing in that they are not sure if it represents items abandoned in a Cart Abandonment Event, or or are items which may have also been removed from a cart prior to an order. The common request is "where can we see the AMOUNT of completely abandoned cart sessions and the associated value - as distinct from all items that have had a shop 5 firing without a shop 9?" And then of course this is followed by "you can do this in Google". I am surprised if this would have to be a custom report but I can't find a way around it.
