New form composer: error messages in English

Alert Manager: Enable additional conditions (not only threshold condition)
It would be very helpful in those cases when volume is not enough but alert is triggered anyway. For example: We have an alert which triggers when % is over 50%. But I would like to trigger that only if that >50% come from more than 20 sessions.0
