The fact that the local prefix email blocking list is automatically re-synchronized on a regular basis after it has been manually emptied by us is an annoyance.

I do think it is generally a good idea but I would like more control over that. In our target region of DACH we have a lot of small ISPs and a lot of customers with custom email domains. They often register to receive email marketing with prefixes that are contained in the local prefix list. This always prevents them from receiving communication and having to remove them manually and not be able to automate nor disable this is really a big annoyance.

I would like at the minimum to see an Org setting to disable this.
